体が資本

　創業以来大工工事をお願いしている棟梁が入院してしまった。
　３年前に進行性の癌が見つかり胃を全摘出、その後１年ほど養生し昨年から元気に仕事に復帰していた。定期的な検査を受けていて他への転移はないだろうと思っていた矢先だった。

　定期の検査では見つからず便通が悪いので調べてもらったら大腸に腫瘍が出来ていたという事。本人もさぞかし落胆だろうが、私も頼りにしていた棟梁に抜けられるのは大きな痛手である。

　幸い、月一度の投薬治療で、無理な仕事は出来ないが陣頭指揮は執れそうだということなので当面の仕事は若い衆に頑張ってもらって何とかなりそうである。

　私も年始めに過労がたたり大腸炎で２週間ほど入院。スタッフに頑張ってもらって急場をしのいだが、私のところのような小規模ビルダーは社長がつぶれたらお仕舞である。

　以後、健康には注意しているがついつい無理をしてしまうことがある。業績が伸びても体がついていかなければ元も子もない。

　代表者は健康にも人一倍気をつけよう。
